These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website run by South Weald Property Management Ltd. By using the HR Outsourcing website and contacting us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

HR Outsourcing may also be referred to in this document as "HR Outsourcing",  "HRO", "we", or "us".

You may contact us by email via our contact form or phone us on (TBC). Telephone calls to and from HR Outsourcing may be recorded or monitored as part of our efforts to further improve service to our customers.

We may contact you for marketing purposes by mail, telephone, email or otherwise. Partners may also contact you.


The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of creation. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down.


HR Outsourcing welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to. Should you wish to register a compliment or a complaint then please call (TBC) or email using our contact form.

All products are subject to availability. Availability is usually advised when placing an order but if this is not possible we will advise of any delay as soon as possible.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable to the Customer under the Contract in any way whatsoever for destruction, damage, delay or inability to carry out its business arising out of war or civil commotion, strikes, lockout and industrial disputes, failure of utility service or transport network, fire, storm, explosion, floods or bad weather, breakdown of machinery or plant, malicious damage, compliance with any law governmental order rule direction or regulation or any act of God or default of suppliers or sub-contractors. The Company shall further be under no liability to the Customer for any circumstances beyond the Company’s control.


The Company may assign the Contract or any part of it to any person, firm or company.


All communications between the parties shall be in writing and delivered via electronic communication (“email”). Communications shall be deemed to have been received if sent by email on a working day prior to 4.00 pm, at the time of transmission and otherwise on the HR Outsourcing working day.
